    License grant

    One Mandir grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the One Mandir mobile and web application on devices you own or control, solely for personal devotional use.

    Restrictions

    • No reverse-engineering, decompiling, or extracting AI prompts/models.
    • No reselling, sublicensing, or commercial redistribution of content.
    • No automated scraping of mantras, aarti audio, or Panchang data.
    • No use of the app to train competing AI systems.

    Content ownership

    Audio recordings, illustrations, AI-generated explanations, and the One Mandir name and logo are © One Mandir and its licensors. Sanskrit scripture text is in the public domain; our renditions and translations are not.

    AI output

    You own your prompts and may share AI responses you receive. We may use aggregated, de-identified prompt patterns to improve the service.

    AI can make mistakes. Gita Guru and other AI-generated content in this app are offered as devotional companionship and general spiritual reflection — not as scripture, not as professional advice, and not as a substitute for your own judgment. Responses may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or misattributed. Please use your own discernment (viveka) before acting on anything the AI says, and consult a qualified priest, doctor, lawyer, or financial advisor for decisions that matter — the app is a companion for reflection, not a decision-maker for your life.

    Warranty disclaimer

    The app, including all AI-generated content, is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation any warranty of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or fitness for any spiritual, medical, legal, or financial outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, our liability is limited to fees you paid in the last 12 months.

    Termination

    We may suspend access for violation of these terms. You may stop using the app at any time; account deletion is available in Settings.

    Governed by Indian law; courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
