Subscriptions via Google Play

One Mandir Premium (₹1/month, ₹99/year) is billed by Google Play. Refunds are governed by the Google Play refund policy — request a refund within 48 hours of purchase fromGoogle Play Order History.

Subscriptions via Razorpay (web)

If you subscribed directly on onemandir.com, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the original payment, provided no premium content was extensively used. Emailonemandir.official@gmail.comwith your order ID.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from Google Play → Subscriptions or in-app Settings → Subscription. You retain access until the end of the billing period.

Non-refundable

• Renewals after the first 48-hour / 7-day window.
• Free trial conversions if not cancelled before trial end.
• Donations or sankalp offerings — these are final.

Processing time

Approved refunds are credited within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
